- an initial planning meeting
- a proposal
- any required research or writing
- my facilitation for your event

Additional travel and printing costs are subject to your pre-approval.
Here’s How It Works
Session Format:
My business coaching is done on site at the client’s business,
in my office boardroom or by phone. Phone coaching sessions are
equally effective and sometimes preferred. When we speak on the
phone, we can really listen to and hear each other without distraction.
It is not necessary to live in the Victoria area.
My coaching style is high energy, laser speed, entertaining and
without a stop watch. My comfort level is 90 minutes but I sometimes
end a session sooner when it is obvious the client has had enough.
Our sessions end only when you are ready.
Out
of
session
tasks
are
only
assigned
by
request
or
mutual
agreement
and
to
your
comfort
level.
You
will
be
given
a
statement
from
me
that
guarantees
your
initial
rate
indefinitely.
(Any
price
increases
in
future
will
not
apply
to
you).
I
do
not
require
any
contracts
or
long
term
commitments
from
you
and
our
weekly
or
bi-weekly
sessions
are
tailored
to
you
-
depending
on
your
schedule,
goals,
needs,
and
budget.
Please

Fees:
Between FREE and $690. depending
on the package and fee that you
choose and are payable (by package rates) in advance.
I provide receipts to all clients (or invoices if requested).
Cash or check payments are encouraged and earn a 5% discount.
MC and Visa are available. For your convenience and safety, credit
card payments are processed in person by phone.
